Why a €40 floor per seat?
Because a big suite's cheap entry plan is a doorway, not the price you end up paying. HubSpot Starter lists at $20 per seat per month, while Marketing Hub Professional starts at $800 per month for three seats (hubspot.com, checked 15 August 2026). We don't run that ladder. €40 is the lowest price at which we can deliver on the GDPR, EU-data, and audit-log promises without sacrificing infrastructure.
Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate and prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. You don't lose data on downgrade — features become read-only or disabled until you upgrade again.
What's the actual difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual pays the year upfront at 20% off — effectively two months free. Monthly customers pay every 30 days at the full rate. Annual includes a 30-day refund window if DEUS isn't the right fit.
Is AI an add-on or included?
Included from Professional upwards. AI lead scoring and contact attributes are built in. We absorb the LLM cost into the tier price rather than charging separately. Starter doesn't include AI by design.
How do limits work?
There are no usage limits and no overage fees. Your bill depends on one thing: how many seats you have. Add a colleague and the next invoice reflects it, prorated; remove one and it drops at the next cycle. Outgrowing a tier's features is an upgrade conversation, never an automatic charge.
Where is my data stored?
With our hosting and service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd in Ireland (payments) and Resend (email). AI-assisted contact enrichment is processed by Anthropic in the United States. The full sub-processor list, including the region of each, is being finalised — ask us and we will send you the current version.
