Why a €40 floor — why not €20 like HubSpot Starter?
HubSpot Starter is a loss-leader feeding their €1,000/month Marketing Hub. We don't have that funnel. €40 is the lowest price at which we can deliver on the GDPR, EU-data, and audit-log promises without sacrificing infrastructure.
Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate and prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. You don't lose data on downgrade — features become read-only or disabled until you upgrade again.
What's the actual difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual pays the year upfront at 20% off — effectively two months free. Monthly customers pay every 30 days at the full rate. Annual includes a 30-day refund window if DEUS isn't the right fit.
Is AI an add-on or included?
Included from Professional upwards. AI lead scoring and contact attributes are built in. We absorb the LLM cost into the tier price rather than charging separately. Starter doesn't include AI by design.
What happens if I go over a limit?
You get a notification at 80% of any limit. We won't block your workflow without warning. If you stay over the limit consistently, we'll suggest the right tier — usually upgrading. No surprise overage fees.
Where is my data stored?
Hetzner Falkenstein, Germany. Backups in Amsterdam (Backblaze B2 EU). Your data never leaves the European Economic Area. Enterprise customers can choose a specific EU country for primary hosting.
