◉ What I deliver

From a full build to a second opinion

Four ways operators work with me — from a full build to a second opinion before you sign a vendor contract.

Start from the symptom, not the service.

Numbers you don't trust
Revenue-engine builds

A working system that closes the gap between what your operation does and what your numbers show — surveyed, blueprinted, built, commissioned, operated.

A system nobody runs
Fractional revenue operations

Embedded operator time for energy, real estate and hospitality teams: pipeline, instrumentation and the workflows that move the P&L.

A vendor contract on your desk
Build-vs-buy advisory

A clear answer before you commit budget: what to buy as a commodity, what to build as a moat, and where the integration tax really lands.

A field team guessing
Instruments for the field

Tools shaped around the decisions your field team actually makes, so the answer is on the screen at the moment someone needs it.

How an engagement starts

  1. 01
Blueprint call — 30 minutes, free

Ends in a one-page diagnosis of where your operation and your numbers disagree.

It is the Blueprint phase of the method in miniature — thirty minutes drawing the plan, before anyone builds anything.

  2. 02
Diagnostic sprint — 30 days, €2,500 excl. VAT

You keep two things: the build plan, a number on every phase, and the first component already running.

The plan is yours even if someone else executes it. If the build follows, the sprint fee comes off it in full.

  3. 03
    Scope, build, operate

Fixed fee for the first 90 days of strategy and construction, then a monthly retainer for operations. Quoted after the diagnosis, not before.

Priced per outcome, not per hour. Advisory is a standalone engagement — no obligation to have the build follow.

After the blueprint call, three engagements run at the same time. That ceiling is my own hours, so a start date depends on what is already running — ask, and you get a real one.

◉ What changed in production

Numbers from actual operators.

Anonymized by default. Every metric is from a live engagement — if we can't attribute it, it doesn't go here.

FAQ

What operators ask before they start

Which of the four services do I need?

Start from the symptom, not the service. Numbers you don't trust points to a revenue-engine build. A system nobody runs points to fractional operations. A vendor contract on your desk points to build-vs-buy advisory. A field team guessing points to instruments. If two fit, say so on the call.

How does an engagement start?

With a free 30-minute blueprint call that ends in a one-page diagnosis. If there is real work, the usual next step is a 30-day diagnostic sprint at €2,500 excl. VAT, which ends in the build plan and the first component already running. The full scope is quoted after that, not before.

How is this priced?

Per outcome, not per hour. The diagnostic sprint is €2,500 excl. VAT, and it comes off the build price in full if the build follows. A build is a fixed fee for the first 90 days of strategy and construction, followed by a monthly retainer for operations. You get the number after the diagnosis, when it can be honest.

Do we have to replace our current CRM?

Usually not. Commodity workflows — email, accounting, payroll — should keep the cheapest reliable tool that doesn't hold your data hostage. What gets built is the integration layer plus the two or three flows that actually differentiate you. Replacing everything is rarely the cheapest path.

Can I hire you for the advice only?

Yes. Build-vs-buy advisory is a standalone engagement: you get a written answer on what to buy, what to build, and where the integration cost really lands. No obligation to have us build it afterwards — plenty of clients take the answer and execute in-house.
